Service is not included in our catering package, but we offer it as an additional option:
- Table setting and table service: €70 per meal (maximum 2 hours)
- Dish clearing (placed at the end of the table): €60 per meal
The surroundings of the estate are relatively peaceful. Our hamlet consists of three properties: one at the corner of the street, separated from us by a barn, and another at the end of the street. None of these properties have a direct view of our estate.
This ensures that you can fully enjoy the two summer pools and the 6,000 square meters of green space in complete privacy.
Nestled in an exceptional setting, Golf de Rochebois (8 km away) welcomes you to its 9-hole course (with 3 holes currently under renovation).
You can also enjoy the 6-hole Pitch & Putt and the practice area to refine your game.
The region is full of local markets:
- Monday: Sainte-Mondane (evenings in July/August)
- Tuesday: Gourdon
- Wednesday: Sarlat historic center and the village of Martel
- Thursday: Saint-Julien-de-Lampon
- Friday: Souillac

If you’d like to cook seasonal vegetables on-site, our market gardener Cyril offers zucchini, tomatoes, lettuce, and more— all grown in organic permaculture on living soil.

- Our catering service offers a seasonal local menu, created by our chef using organic vegetables from Cyril, our market gardener, and ducks from La Ferme de Fage, a local producer.
- Regional markets, such as the Halle de producteurs in Cougnac or the Sainte-Mondane gourmet market, open every Monday evening during the summer,
where you can find fresh products. - Restaurants in nearby villages, including La Couleuvrine, Le Grand Bleu, Le Coincoin, Les Fines Gueules in Sarlat, and Le Centenaire in Les Eysies, among others.

And if you prefer to prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchens, the closest shops are located in Saint-Julien-de-Lampon (5 km), Groléjac (5 km), and Carsac (7.7 km).
Between April and September, our old barn transforms into a 60m² reception space, equipped with tables, benches, and tableware, accommodating up to 40 guests. The rental fee for the hall is €350 per stay, but it is offered free of charge with half-board service.
If you prefer to enjoy the fresh countryside air, you can also settle outside, either on the terrace of the Castelnaud cottage or in the courtyard of our adjoining cottages by gathering the garden tables.
For the rest of the year, the Montfort cottage features a 55m² reception hall that can accommodate up to 28 guests. This hall is connected to the living area of the Castelnaud cottage, providing a total space of 150m².
Yes. Our partner, Gaëlle Beauvais from Vélos Verts du Lot, a company specializing in electric bike rentals, offers delivery directly to your cottage.
This is a tailor-made alternative to explore our region. Several options are available, ranging from a single day to a full week, whether you are alone, in a group, or with family.
Simply call 0609214044 for more information (date, time, and delivery location).
Our estate offers several parking options:
- A drop-off area at the entrance for unloading luggage.
- A shared parking lot for all gîtes, located behind the property.
- A private parking area reserved for Castelnaud cottage guests, which includes an electric vehicle charging station.
For motorhome visitors, a fee of €10 per night applies, plus a tourist tax of €1 per adult per night. Motorhome parking is allowed in the gîte parking area but not within the Castelnaud private parking lot.
Our catering service naturally accommodates allergies, intolerances, and vegetarian diets.

Our pools are accessible from May to September between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with depth variations as follows:
- Castelnaud Pool: 1.00m to 1.70m
- Cottages Pool: 1.00m to 2.00m
Children may access the pools under the responsibility of their parents and must be accompanied by an adult.
Inflatable rings and other water toys are allowed. We only ask that you remove them from the water before leaving.
As owners, we decline all responsibility in case of an accident.
